An awareness workshop at the College of Dentistry at Al-Qadisiyah University about reducing water consumption and choosing economically viable crops with the least water consumption

Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Hassan Ali Murad, a workshop was held in the College of Dentistry entitled (Reducing water consumption and choosing economically viable crops with the lowest water consumption), in which Assistant Agricultural Engineer Amal Jamil Youssef and Assistant  Agricultural engineer Jinan Abdel Abbas
 
The workshop aimed to reduce water consumption and produce economically viable crops that ensure the consumption of small amounts of water

The workshop recommended the need to exploit this information to calculate the water footprint of any agricultural product to encourage those products that have a small water footprint.
