Publication Fees
A- Authors from inside Iraq:
1- For publication fees for authors inside Iraq are as the following
I--- Author’s academic rank / Professor - Publication fee is (75,000 IQD) which should be paid after acceptance of the research, adding to it the plagiarism checking fees cost (10,000 IQD) paid to the journal’s accountant unit. In case the author is publishing his /her research individually, no evaluation fees are paid. If the research is co-operative with another author with less than a Professor rank, the research will be reviewed by the journal expertise and thus (20,000 IQD) should be paid as evaluation fees.
II--- Author’s academic rank / Lecturer - Publication fee is (60,000 IQD) which should be paid after acceptance of the research, adding to it the plagiarism checking fees cost (10,000 IQD) and fees of evaluation (20,000 IQD)paid to the journal’s accountant unit.
III--- Author’s academic rank / Assistant Lecturer - Publication fee is (40,000 IQD) which should be paid after acceptance of the research, adding to it the plagiarism checking fees cost (10,000 IQD) and fees of evaluation (20,000 IQD) paid to the journal’s accountant unit.
2- The journal does not have research submission charges.
3- As the journal website is freely accessible, no hard copies will be provided to the authors and thus no cost will be taken for hard copies of the journal issues.
4- In case of rejecting the research, publication fees are the only fees that are repaid to the author.
B- Authors from outside Iraq:

No publication fees are imposed on researchers from outside Iraq for financial transformation complications.
