Synthesis and identification of new derivatives of pyrimidine analogous via Suzuki reaction

Abstract

       The research includes preparation of new heteocyclic derivatives for Pyrimidines  , the frist step include treatment uracil derivative (1) with the aromatic boronic acids via Suzuki coupling reaction to product (2)    6-Benzaldehyde-N3-phenyl uracil , (3) 6-(4-Methyl thio)phenyl - N3-phenyl uracil , (4) 6-Benzonitrile- N3- phenyl uracil , the second step  nitration of uracil derived (1) to product (5) 6-Chloro-5-nitro- N3-phenyl uracil , then treatment of these compound with 4-Chloro phenyl boronic acid via Suzuki coupling reaction to product (6) , the third step treatment Pyrimidine derivative (7) with boronic acids via Suzuki reaction to product (8) , the fourth step treatment of pyrimidine derivative (7) with 4-Chloro aniline via coupling reaction to give the new derivative of azo pyrimdine dye (9) ,then treatment these compound with4-Chloro phenyl boronic acid to product  (10) via Suzuki coupling reaction.All these compound were identification by melting point and (FT-IR) , (1H-NMR) , (13C-NMR) spectroscopy.
