Abstract
Negotiation has become in the modern era a major field of practical impact, as a result of the increase in the volume of relations between members of society and institutions, to their different forms and levels, a way to stop and resolve conflicts and conflicts and reach peace between the parties to the dispute through rational discussion and principles of trust and effective communication. Individuals conflict in their behavior and interests, based on the tendency to satisfy mutual needs and achieve human cooperation, that knowledge or benefit from daily life experiences is a practical utilitarian criterion, meaning that human actions are not evil or good unless they achieve or expect a benefit from them. It leads to a benefit or harm that is no longer considered evil, while if it leads to benefits for others, it is good.
