Abstract : The research aims to analyze fluctuations in crude oil prices and their developments, as well as analyze
the relationship between changes in them and changes in the volume of public revenues in Iraq during the period
(2004-2019). Instability, which was sometimes reflected in the negative volume of oil revenues in Iraq, and then in
