Activity of the Small and Medium Enterprises

Abstract : The spread of the epidemic has a negative impact on most of the small and the medium enterprises all
over the world. Its reflection can be observed on the sustainable development which in its role leads to creat job
opportunities and Producing wealth, spinning the economic wheel, raising GDP ratios, and creating a kind of
economic and social stability. Therefore, the work of these institutions is very important, especially in light of the
confrontations and challenges posed by the new economic system and the need for countries to reduce unemployment
rates and increase rates of permanent investments. We find that the industries most affected by the spread of the
epidemic are the textile and food industries, tourism companies, service companies and housing, while we find
pharmaceutical industries, vaccine factories and medical services, as their activity has increased due to the market
need for them.
